Pressure Gravity Bottom Up Fill Nozzle (Bottom Fill Overflow Nozzle)

Packaging Dynamics’ bottom fill overflow nozzle design works best with thin to medium viscosity products but can also handle products with thin or dense foam. Constructed of stainless steel 316 and viton o-rings. Other construction materials are also available upon request. This specific nozzle is used when an accuracy of +/-1% is required and foam is an issue. The following fillers are currently used with the bottom fill overflow design: SLC, SL-4P, SLA, R10, R20, R30, & SLC. Bottle design is not a problem as long as the bottle is rigid enough and has a good sealing surface.

Pressure Gravity Liquid Fill to Level Nozzle w/ Vacuum (Overflow Nozzle w/ Suck Back)

Packaging Dynamics’ overflow nozzle with vacuum works like a standard overflow nozzle, with the ability to remove product drip. This nozzle works especially well with that drip or string products. This specific nozzle is used when an accuracy of +/-1% is required. The following fillers are currently used with the overflow vacuum design: SLC, SL-4P, SLA, R10, R20, R30, & SLC. Bottle design is not a problem as long as the bottle is rigid enough and has a good sealing surface. In addition this nozzle has also been adapted to be used with nitrogen purge system.

Pressure Gravity Positive Closure Liquid Filling Nozzle

Packaging Dynamics’ positive closure nozzle is used with a metering device and/or the assistance of a PLC to regulate and measure the fill. This nozzle is used for higher accuracy and faster bulk dosing. The following fillers are currently used with the positive closure design: SLA-RL, PF-1, PF-RV, and SLA-V.

Vacuum Style Nozzle

Packaging Dynamics’ vacuum style nozzle is used for small glass or plastic containers where typical overflow nozzles will not fit. This nozzle works best with thin viscosity products and container with an extremely small opening. This specific nozzle is used when an accuracy of +/-1% is required. Typically installed on inline (SLA) and Rotary filler, (R10, R20, R30).
