Semi Automatic Fillers
The Packaging Dynamics, Ltd. Semi Automatic Fill to Level Liquid Filler was engineered for manual and incase applications. Standard features include Stainless steel machine, 6 foot roller conveyor, Stainless steel frame, product pump, supply tank and Stainless steel contact parts.
The operator pushes the manual container stop out, moves the containers to be filled along the roller conveyor surface into position under the nozzle bar assembly and pushes the cycle start button. Upon completion of the fill cycle the nozzle bar assembly automatically returns to the starting position. It’s as simple as that.
Included with the machine’s standard features are quick change nozzle adjustment and quick change conveyor rail adjustments handles that aid in reducing expensive change over periods.
The Packaging Dynamics, Ltd. Portable Single Head Piston Filler PF-1RV has been engineered to provide an economical and convenient way for filling small production runs of today’s thick or thin liquid products with high accuracy. This machine is a pneumatically controlled volumetric piston filler and only requires compressed air. To adjust the dispensing volume, close the ball valve on the inlet side of the regulator, turn the volume adjustment knob on the rear of the machine and then open the inlet valve. Place a container under the nozzle and depress the foot pedal. At the completion of the filling cycle, the cylinder will retract and recharge the piston. A filled container can then be moved along manually. This filler can also be used in conjunction with a slide plate, portable cart, powered conveyor, additional pistons and/or fully automatic operation.
The Packaging Dynamics, Ltd. semi automatic pail filling machine was engineered for the ease of filling large volume 5 gallon pails. It incorporates a low riding 12 inch wide conveyor adapted with a KVP chain which transports the containers to the filling station. An additional handle guide rail is adapted to help guide the containers properly into the filling area. A gentle push on the manual container stop by the operator prevents the pails from moving past the filling station. When the pails are in place and ready to be filled the operator simply pushes the start button and the containers are filled. The machine uses a gravity fill system which can also be modified for a full pumping system or both. A phot electric proximity sensor can be found at the end of the conveyor which senses the presence of a filled container and turns off the conveyor motor allowing the operator to inspect, cap and label the filled containers. The placement of the conveyor system conveniently positioned 16 inches above the ground allows for an easy removal of heavy containers.
The Packaging Dynamics, Ltd., Semi Automatic Portable Cart Overflow Filler SL-4P is an economical fill to level system designed for small production runs. It has been engineered for ease of operation with a roll around care which provides a greater range of portability and quick change over features. It’s non-electric pneumatic design can be used safely in hazardous locations. The SL-4P can be used for low production runs, cleaned and quickly stored or transported effortlessly to another plant location for use.
The SL-4P Liquid Fillers are currently being used in the pharmaceutical, beverage and chemical industries.
The Packaging Dynamics, Ltd., Semi Automatic Fill to Level Filler is an economical machine that was engineered for inline and incase applications. Standard features include Stainless Steel construction, four foot slide plate longer available, product pump, supply tank and stainless steel contact parts.
The operator pushes the manual container stop out, moves the containers to be filled along the slide plate surface into position under the nozzle bar assembly, then pushes the manual cycle start button down. The nozzles descend and the fill cycle starts. Upon completion of the fill cycle the nozzle bar automatically returns to the up position. This filler also includes a quick change nozzle and conveyor rail adjustment handles that aid in reducing expensive change over periods.
The Packaging Dynamics, Ltd. Semi Automatic Fill to Level Liquid Filler was engineered for an economical method of filling liquids. Standard features include Stainless Steel construction, 10 foot power conveyor, product pump, supply tank and stainless steel contact parts. The operator extends the manual container stop, energizes the powered conveyor and the containers to be filled will move into position. Then a simple push of the start button initiates the filling cycle. The nozzles descend and the fill cycle starts. Upon completion of the fill cycle the nozzle bar assembly moves upward automatically, the conveyor begins to move and the operator retracts the manual stop. Also included are quick change nozzle and conveyor rail adjustment handles that aid in reducing expensive change over periods.
The Packaging Dynamics, Ltd. Semi Automatic Weigh Scale Filler Model SLA-WS1
Packaging Dynamics, Ltd. introduces the Accu-Flo Liquid Filler SLA-V6BF, which utilizes positive-displacement flowmeter technology while filling bags and incorporates a custom conveyor for loading and unloading. Our positive displacement flow meters use two rotating thermoplastic impellers driven by flowing liquid. Magnets imbedded in the impellers activate a non intrusive sensor which generates a pulsed output signal. The process allows our fillers to achieve a +/-0.5% accuracy and repeatability. The meter has only two moving parts, no bearings, no motors, no clutch or brakes and is programmed through our microprocessor touch pad for virtually any volume. This reduces the amount of mechanical moving parts and adds to the long term reliability of the system. The size and output of the flow meter ranges from 1/4 inch NPT to 1.5 inch NPT depending on the size of the container, the viscosity of the product and the speed required. This equipment is available from single to eight head models and handle viscosities from water thin to gels and thick creams. Available also in automatic. The Accu Flo can be used to fill from bags 2 ounces to 64 ounces.
Cleaning Systems
The Packaging Dynamics, Ltd. Twin Bottle Cleaning System AC-02/PAC-02 is designed to clean containers utilizing compressed air and vacuum. Both are easy to use and provide the versatility to clean a variety of different styles and container sizes. Independent air and vacuum systems allow the removal of many kinds of contaminants from cardboard and glass, to plastic and small rocks. The amount of air used to clean containers is adjustable as well as the cycle time. An air indicator, located on top, tells the operator the cycle status. It appears green during the cycle and black when complete.
